Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in frontend software development.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and/or AEM as a Cloud Service).
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with SASS, LESS, or other CSS frameworks.
  • Experience developing AEM components using HTL (Sightly) and integrating with backend Sling Models.
  • Familiarity with AEM content authoring tools, editable templates, and component dialog configuration.
  • Knowledge of AEM Clientlibs and bundle generator configuration.
  • Experience with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and frontend performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with Maven-based build pipelines and AEM package management.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
  • Advanced English level.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement customized frontend solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance AEM-based websites and components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HTL (Sightly).
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend templates with Sling Models and OSGi services.
  • Lead the troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of frontend implementation issues across AEM environments.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce frontend coding standards and AEM best practices.
  • Mentor junior developers on AEM development patterns and frontend quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with UX/Design teams to ensure pixel-accurate, accessible, and performant implementations.
  • Communicate proactively with client stakeholders to provide updates and manage expectations.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements and AEM package management workflows.
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies.
