Requirements
- Advanced degree in science.
- 10 or more years of relevant job experience.
- Experience with promotional medical education content such as advisory boards, speaker programs, and slide decks.
- Expertise in oncology (experience in rare oncology is a plus).
- Experience with established professional medical editorial processes (e.g., AMA style).
- Understanding of industry ethical guidelines.
- Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and interpret scientific data.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Ability to manage projects within tight deadlines with limited direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead assigned accounts and serve as the primary scientific contact for clients.
- Drive brand strategy and contribute to scientific brand planning.
- Manage the scientific portion of business development efforts.
- Oversee resource allocation across large or multiple accounts.
- Partner with client services to develop scopes of work (SOWs) and project timelines.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for new and organic business growth.
