Requirements
- Active CompTIA A+ certification required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher (official transcripts required).
- At least three years of experience in IT or two years of teaching experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with learning management systems such as Canvas.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging lesson plans.
Responsibilities
- Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams.
- Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning and engagement.
- Modify instructional methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Maintain accurate student grade records in the Student Database.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.
- Collaborate with staff members on academic projects and initiatives.
