Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution (official transcripts required).
- Current CompTIA Network+ certification.
- At least three years of professional experience in the field or two years of teaching experience.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Familiarity with learning technologies such as Canvas.
- Effective presentation, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Synchronous online teaching experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
- Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning and engagement.
- Modify instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student needs.
- Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and grades, in the student database.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, scheduled class hours, and college policies.
- Collaborate with staff members to support institutional goals and student success.
