Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Current CompTIA Tech+ certification.
- At least three years of experience in the field or two years of teaching experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience with learning management systems like Canvas.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective presentation skills.
- Knowledge of higher education trends and best practices.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Plan and organize instruction to maximize student learning and engagement.
- Modify instructional methods to meet diverse student needs.
- Maintain an updated and accurate student database, including attendance and grades.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, scheduled class hours, and college policies.
- Submit required documentation including attendance, exam records, and lab sheets.
- Coordinate with management for textbooks, supplies, and exam vouchers.
