Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis or product development in the data and analytics industry.
- At least one year of experience in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate interviews and workshops across multiple organizational levels.
- Expertise in Agile life cycles and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio or similar).
- Hands-on experience leveraging AI to accelerate day-to-day BA activities.
- Understanding of adoption and change management approaches.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% per month when required by clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact interviews and workshops with Executives, IT, and Business Stakeholders to define project vision and success metrics.
- Map As-Is and To-Be value streams to identify automation and AI opportunities.
- Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, including user stories and acceptance criteria for AI/ML and GenAI features.
- Partner with architects and developers to ensure designs meet business needs and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support experimentation, pilots, and rollout through test design, feedback loops, and training.
- Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., Claude, Glean) to accelerate analysis, documentation, and solution design.
- Coach project team members and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
