Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years, or Master’s degree and 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis or Enterprise Information Systems Management.
- Strong experience administering Oracle NetSuite ERP (financial modules, reporting, workflows, bundles/customizations, access controls).
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ITSM processes (Incident, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, Change, and Asset Management).
- Hands-on experience implementing, administering, and supporting enterprise SaaS applications.
- Proven business process analysis and modeling skills.
- Working knowledge of project delivery and IT service management frameworks (ITIL, Agile, Lean).
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple systems, projects, and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently with minimal direction.
Responsibilities
- Own and administer key enterprise applications, including primary responsibility for NetSuite ERP and operational ownership of ServiceNow.
- Engage stakeholders and SMEs to understand business needs and translate them into system configurations, enhancements, and scalable solutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to system changes, implementations, and upgrades.
- Execute solution testing, validation, and release readiness for system enhancements while maintaining change management processes.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including configurations, standard operating procedures, and user training materials.
- Manage vendor relationships to support issue resolution, platform enhancements, and ongoing system improvements.
- Champion continuous improvement, governance, and best practices across the application portfolio.
