Requirements
- Associate degree in IT, computer science, business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years of experience building practical technology solutions, analyzing business needs, or supporting operational teams.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.
- Hands-on experience building solutions in Google Sheets/Excel, including formulas, data organization, and dashboards.
- Experience creating forms and templates.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business problems into practical, easy-to-use technical solutions.
- Resourceful, creative problem-solving skills with a focus on out-of-the-box and prebuilt tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills to partner effectively with non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize delivery.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with supervisors and managers to understand goals, workflows, and day-to-day challenges.
- Design and implement practical technology solutions, including custom tools, process improvements, or off-the-shelf configurations.
- Create trackers, spreadsheets, dashboards, forms, and templates to solve specific business problems.
- Automate repetitive tasks and connect existing tools to streamline manual processes.
- Configure, roll out, and document solutions to ensure reliability, ease of use, and reusability.
- Provide guidance and training to ensure leaders can maintain solutions confidently.
- Gather requirements and iterate on solutions based on user feedback.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on complex initiatives and escalate tasks beyond scope.
- Follow all HIPAA, data privacy, and IT security policies to protect PHI.
