Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of benefits consulting experience, with a primary focus on managing complex client accounts.
- Demonstrated expertise in various funding mechanisms.
- Deep knowledge of large-group regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, COBRA).
- Life & Health Producer’s License.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership and accountability for the success and retention of an assigned book of business.
- Lead and manage the execution of Bennie’s consulting model for assigned customers.
- Develop and execute the annual customer account plan specific for all assigned customers.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the consulting delivery team to support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Drive customer results and support team development for each individual consulting delivery team.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes, and support education and enablement of customers regarding these developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, tech operations, and product, to support business development and operational improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with all customers, strategic partners, and internal Bennie collaborators.
