Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a graduate student within a marketing discipline.
- Seeking a 12-month industry placement.
- Strong spoken and written English and German.
- Keen interest in marketing and desire to develop commercial experience.
- Good project management and organisational skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to manage own workload.
- Previous work experience in an office environment desired.
- Excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Support marketing campaigns including collateral creation, copywriting, proofreading, email creation, and reporting.
- Manage virtual and in-person event tasks such as registration pages, social media promotion, delegate packs, and attendance.
- Assist with the webinar programme through creation, scheduling, registration tracking, hosting, and post-event reporting.
- Use internal systems like Salesforce, Asana, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams to manage workload and communicate.
- Create content and copy using creative tools like Taxi, Goldcast, and Canva.
- Keep regional sales teams updated on planned marketing activities.
