Requirements
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Professional experience building production web applications.
- Proficiency with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with React or another modern component-based frontend framework.
- Backend development experience using Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or comparable technology.
- Experience building or consuming REST APIs.
- Experience working with relational databases and writing SQL queries.
- Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, and team-based development workflows.
- Experience writing automated unit and integration tests.
- Understanding of component design, state management, and frontend testing.
- Basic understanding of cloud-hosted applications, deployment pipelines, containers, and application environments.
- Understanding of fundamental software design principles and common web-application security concerns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front-end features, backend services, APIs, and data integrations.
- Implement product requirements and UX designs using established architectural and coding patterns.
- Build reusable, responsive, and accessible user-interface components.
- Develop backend business logic, database interactions, application APIs, and background processes.
- Create and maintain unit, integration, component, and end-to-end tests.
- Participate in technical planning, estimation, refinement, and implementation discussions.
- Troubleshoot defects and production issues.
- Participate actively in pull-request reviews and respond constructively to feedback.
- Collaborate with QA and DevOps teams to validate criteria and resolve deployment issues.
