Responsibilities
- Design and implement seamless connections between the platform and external ATS systems.
- Master diverse third-party APIs while maintaining high standards for data integrity and system reliability.
- Innovate on bespoke internal tools to improve user experience and streamline workflows.
- Proactively identify and drive solutions to automate repetitive manual tasks.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable solutions, write tests, and perform code reviews.
- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to new or associate team members.
