Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or Math.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Strong GAAP fluency, specifically regarding capitalization, amortization, and cash versus accrual accounting.
- Demonstrated experience as an individual contributor owning end-to-end forecasts or cost centers.
- Proficiency in building dashboards and financial model templates.
- Experience partnering directly with functional leaders for decision support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Technical comfort in automating manual tasks and utilizing AI tools for analysis.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain monthly opex forecasts including headcount, vendor contracts, and discretionary spend.
- Act as primary finance partner to an executive-level functional leader, providing decision support on spending and trade-offs.
- Develop and improve model templates and reporting dashboards while automating manual workflows.
- Lead the annual operating plan and long-range planning portions for designated functional area.
- Model capitalized expenses and ensure compliance with accrual accounting principles.
- Present financial analysis directly to senior leadership for board decks and executive reviews.
