Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, digital, and print design.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and layout principles.
- Solid knowledge of print production, digital design standards, color spaces, and file preparation.
- Experience using Google Workspace or similar cloud collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Comfortable collaborating in a remote team environment.
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) during 9:00am - 6:00 PM Central Time.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality marketing assets for digital and print campaigns.
- Design graphics for websites, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, presentations, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop creative concepts while adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print applications.
- Design and update email campaigns within marketing or CMS platforms.
- Export, organize, and maintain design files following internal standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback and meet deadlines.
