Strong programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js.
Experience operating cloud environments like AWS and GCP.
Strong knowledge of API integration (REST, GraphQL, OAuth, webhooks).
Advanced understanding of macOS and Linux operating systems.
Experience with identity and security solutions (SSO, SAML, SCIM).
Experience supporting security frameworks like ISO 27001, SOC 2, or GDPR.
Ability to build automation tools and services beyond SaaS configuration.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working in remote-first or globally distributed teams.

Administer, integrate, and optimize business-critical SaaS platforms.
Design reliable workflows and data synchronization processes across internal systems.
Build automation solutions using Python, Go, Bash, or Node.js.
Develop scripts, CLI tools, bots, and API-driven integrations.
Create automated workflows for onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning.
Implement integrations using REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and webhooks.
Introduce AI-powered solutions for internal assistants and ticket management.
Manage endpoint security, identity management, and Zero Trust access controls.
Ensure alignment with security standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
Provide advanced technical support focusing on root-cause analysis.
