Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- 6+ years of related mechanical engineering experience.
- Current registration as a professional engineer (PE license).
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Proven ability to contribute and work effectively within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Project management experience (preferred).
- Previous experience managing employees (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Serve as a project manager or lead design engineer on complex data center projects.
- Prepare comprehensive planning and design documents.
- Process technical design calculations.
- Develop and maintain team and client engineering standards.
- Lead quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes.
- Act as an advisor on complex engineering challenges.
- Coordinate activities with cross-functional Olsson teams, technical staff, and external consultants.
