Requirements
- 1-2 years of commercial experience working as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or ML systems in real-world/production projects.
- Good working proficiency in Python.
- Experience with at least one agentic framework (e.g., LangChain, pydantic-ai, strands, Agent-ai).
- Working knowledge of at least one ML framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Practical exposure to NLP, computer vision, or related AI domains.
- Basic familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure or GCP welcome).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Basic familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and development of machine learning models and AI algorithms.
- Assist in implementing AI features aligned with business and user needs.
- Help deploy and operate AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
- Contribute to the reliability, performance, and maintainability of AI systems in production.
- Support the design of data pipelines across cloud and hybrid environments.
- Assist with data preprocessing, ingestion, and transformation activities.
- Help monitor data quality and flag potential data drift issues.
- Support model training, evaluation, and tuning under senior guidance.
- Help integrate AI components into existing systems and workflows.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for your work.
