Requirements
- Practical experience building with LLMs or ML systems.
- Familiarity with AI protocols (MCP, A2A, ACP).
- Solid software engineering fundamentals with ability to write clean, testable, maintainable code for production.
- Deep understanding of context windows (context rot, compaction, etc.).
- Experience in at least one of: API integration/orchestration, data pipeline development, model evaluation/testing, or observability/monitoring tooling.
- Strong learning mindset.
- English proficiency at C1 level or above.
- Polish language skills at B2 level or above.
- Experience with LLM/agent tools like LangChain, LangSmith, or Databricks AgentBricks (preferred).
- Background in prompt engineering or building eval datasets (preferred).
- Familiarity with ML lifecycle tooling such as MLflow or Databricks ML (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core components of an AI platform: model serving infrastructure, prompt pipelines, evaluation suites, and integration patterns.
- Support the development of agentic workflows, including tool use, orchestration scaffolding, and reliability mechanisms.
- Instrument AI systems for observability, monitoring token costs, latency, and quality signals.
- Design and maintain tooling and frameworks that govern how prompts are written, versioned, and tested.
- Collaborate with domain engineers to understand and support their AI integration needs.
- Stay informed on the fast-moving AI landscape, including new models, orchestration patterns, and evaluation techniques.
