Requirements
- Proficiency in agentic workflows (Claude Code, Cursor Agent) and multi-agent orchestration.
- Deep technical skills in Golang and Java/Kotlin, with the ability to work with PHP.
- Expertise in large-scale web applications, well-bounded domain design, and AWS cloud architecture.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Solid database fluency, specifically MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, and Memcached.
- Ability to design information architectures (CLAUDE.md/AGENTS.md configs) for AI agents.
- Product-minded approach with a cost/value focus on business goals.
- Fluent English communication skills (C1 level).
- Experience with 'you build it, you run it, you own it' ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Apply context pipeline discipline within your team's codebase to ensure agents produce reliable, mergeable code.
- Write agent-actionable task specifications with clear acceptance criteria and maintain an agent-ready codebase.
- Lead the delivery of complex initiatives by managing milestones, cross-team dependencies, and quality trade-offs.
- Mentor engineers and lead workshops to share effective AI-assisted workflows within the AI Champion community.
- Uphold standards for GraphQL and RESTful API design, database schemas, and CI/CD quality.
- Lead incident response and manage technical debt using AI as an accelerator.
