Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python, including Lambda Powertools and pytest/pytest-bdd.
- Deep AWS knowledge: Lambda, Step Functions, S3, DynamoDB, and IAM.
- Experience with GraphQL and AppSync (schema design and resolvers).
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Infrastructure as code experience with Terraform.
- Familiarity with Databricks or large-scale data platforms.
- Knowledge of clinical data standards (CDISC SDTM, ADaM) or GxP/21 CFR Part 11 preferred.
- Understanding of event-driven and distributed system patterns.
Responsibilities
- Design and extend the SDTM transformation engine using AWS Step Functions, Lambda, and Databricks.
- Build and evolve the GraphQL/AppSync API and React frontend for analyst mapping specifications.
- Manage infrastructure-as-code across service Terraform stacks and shared infrastructure.
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and on-call rotations.
- Mentor engineers on the stack or clinical data domain.
