Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree
- +3 years of hands-on experience supporting application build and deployment in a AWS Cloud environment
- Deep understanding of core DevOps practices (Configuration Management, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Continuous Monitoring)
- Experience in DevOps integration with automated testing and automation deployment verification
- Proficiency in scripting languages: Python and Bash
- Experience with Terraform
- Experience with databases: MongoDB and Redis
- Knowledge of AWS services (EC2, ECS, ELB/ALB, Security Groups, Route53, IAM, KMS, Cognito, Secrets Manager, Parameter Store, Lambda, SES, SNS, SQS)
- Familiarity with branching strategies, pull requests, and Git commands
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture and Docker container implementation
- English language proficiency (oral and written)
Responsibilities
- Assist in migration of websites to AWS
- Deployment, automation, management, and maintenance of AWS cloud-based production system
- Ensuring availability, performance, security, and scalability of AWS production systems
- Management of creation, release, and configuration of production systems
- System troubleshooting and problem resolution across various application domains and platforms
- Pre-production acceptance testing for quality assurance
- Provision of critical system security by leveraging best practices and prolific cloud security solutions
- Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements
- Definition and deployment of systems for metrics, logging, and monitoring on AWS platform
- Designing, maintenance and management of tools for automation of different operational processes
