Requirements
- Proven experience as the operational owner of a SOC 2 or ISO audit with a zero-exception report.
- Proficiency with the AWS console for managing IAM, S3, KMS, and interpreting CloudTrail logs.
- Ability to critically interpret and troubleshoot Terraform configurations with AI assistance.
- Proven ability to manage security programs and documentation independently without direct project management.
- Excellent written English communication skills for customer-facing questionnaires and policies.
- Experience with attacker techniques and modern application security (web/API, cloud, supply chain).
- Familiarity with secure code review practices, specifically for AI/LLM systems.
- Ability to coordinate async work across Europe and the U.S. with some late-afternoon CET availability.
- Strong accountability and track record of delivering end-to-end security operations.
Responsibilities
- Own SOC 2 compliance by keeping Drata green and audits clean.
- Lead ISO 27001 implementation and ISO 42001 readiness.
- Run the customer security questionnaire process via SafeBase and Trust Center.
- Execute Drata-driven AWS remediation including IAM and S3 adjustments.
- Oversee scanner-findings automation in Linear and manage vulnerability SLAs.
- Conduct secure code reviews for high-risk features and AI/LLM systems.
- Tune detection and response systems, including GuardDuty and IRP maturation.
- Manage access provisioning and revocation for onboarding and offboarding.
