Requirements
- Fluent English
- 2+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or related roles
- Strong analytical skills with experience working with data
- Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
- Ability to write clear user stories, specs, and technical documentation
- Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- High ownership and execution mindset
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services preferred
- Experience working with APIs, payment orchestration, or PSPs preferred
- Understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns preferred
Responsibilities
- Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, definition, delivery, and post-launch optimization
- Define product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs
- Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain a prioritized backlog
- Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Data teams to deliver at pace without quality loss
- Perform market and competitor analysis to inform feature prioritization
- Define and track KPIs, leading and lagging indicators, to measure product success
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Communicate product decisions, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders
- Mentor junior POs and contribute to the product chapter’s knowledge sharing culture
