Requirements

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable learning complex business domains and workflows
- English language proficiency: at least B1
- Native Russian language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Coordinate work across frontend, backend, design, and QA teams
- Prepare and maintain product requirements and development tasks
- Track progress and follow up on deliverables
- Assist with testing and validation of new functionality
- Analyze business processes and propose improvements
- Support product planning and prioritization activities
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
