Requirements
- Proactive, passionate marketer with a track record of creating content that performs.
- Video native experience.
- Working knowledge of design tools such as Figma, Canva, and Adobe Suite.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to learn or experience in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
- Property, home services, or fast-paced consumer brand experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, paid media, or influencer partnerships is a plus.
- Experience creating print-ready files is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Produce content for paid and organic channels across a range of formats.
- Edit team videos for organic and paid channels alongside the Marketing Manager and Exec.
- Support the social team with regular posting across national and regional channels.
- Build emails in Klaviyo.
- Execute basic design tasks across Canva, Figma, Klaviyo and Adobe Suite.
- Build and maintain design templates for the wider team.
- Champion consistency of tone, look, and feel across all brand touchpoints.
- Monitor competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify brand opportunities.
- Use performance data to test, learn and optimise content strategy.
