Requirements
- 3+ years of related experience in computer engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical discipline.
- Technical Training, Certification(s), or Degree.
- Ability to learn new systems and create customized or automated test cases.
- Experience with Scrum/Agile project lifecycle approach.
- Experience using Jira for configuration management in an Agile environment.
- Ability to learn DevOps methodologies and solutions.
- Ability to learn SQL and SQL*Plus.
- Adept at problem-solving, troubleshooting, and task ownership.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to obtain DHS HQ Final Suitability (Public Trust clearance).
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate software products and systems to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Write and execute test plans using the JIRA application.
- Engage with clients, users, and stakeholders to define system scope and objectives.
- Provide technical support and advice throughout Agile sprint cycles.
- Validate system enhancements and coordinate with other QA/testing personnel.
