Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, consulting, accounting, or banking.
- Strong technical expertise in accounting or finance including building models, budgets, and forecasts.
- Demonstrated builder mentality with experience creating systems, agents, or automations to drive efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-experts.
- Proven ability to manage projects independently from idea to completion.
- Strong systems thinking and outcome-oriented approach to ambiguous problem solving.
- Empathy for the customer base and ability to identify strategic value-add opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Advise a portfolio of Full Service customers on financial matters including P&L reviews and capital decisions.
- Build and iterate on analytical infrastructure like AI agents, financial models, and calculators.
- Translate operational data into forward-looking strategic views for business owners.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to automate manual processes based on customer needs.
- Provide expert modeling judgment on complex scenarios such as multi-entity P&Ls and financing decisions.
