- Strong empathy and professionalism when handling sensitive client issues.
- Effective time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Home office setup including a quiet workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time, with occasional overtime.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their tax issues, financial situation, and goals.
- Review client-provided documents and system data to recommend customized resolution programs.
- Own the full sales process from consultation to enrollment, ensuring a professional client experience.
- Build trust by listening to client concerns and clearly explaining solutions.
- Accurately record client interactions and financial information in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales goals through persistence and continuous improvement.
