Significant professional experience in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, innovation, technology, operations, marketing, or customer experience.
Proven ability to advise executives and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders.
Experience assessing organizations, operating models, workflows, processes, and management practices.
Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital platforms, data, and technology-driven transformation.
Demonstrated experience developing business cases, recommendations, roadmaps, governance models, and performance frameworks.
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to evaluate strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and business value.
Excellent written communication, presentation, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.

Lead executive interviews, discovery sessions, workshops, and organizational assessments to understand business challenges and transformation opportunities.
Analyze operating models, organizational structures, workflows, systems, customer journeys, and performance indicators to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, operating models, governance frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
Advise organizations on practical and responsible applications of AI, automation, data, and emerging technologies.
Support organizational change initiatives through stakeholder alignment, documentation, training, and adoption strategies.
Create innovation concepts, service frameworks, playbooks, and technology-enabled business solutions.
