Master's level degree in a relevant field
Current licensure as a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida
Fluency in English
Spanish language proficiency
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Experience in treatment planning
Ability to utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
Must have a private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA compliance
Ability to work a full-time, Monday-Friday schedule

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program
Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients
Develop and execute effective treatment plans
Partner with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals
Utilize telehealth software and video communication tools to deliver patient care
