Requirements

Master's level degree
Current licensure as a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern (RCSWI)
Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
Comfortable utilizing telehealth software and video communication tools
Private home office space ensuring patient safety and HIPAA compliance
Fluency in English
Availability for Monday - Friday shifts (10am-7pm or 11am-8pm Eastern)

Responsibilities

Provide outpatient mental health services through our telehealth program
Utilize comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs
Develop and implement effective treatment plans in partnership with clients
Utilize telehealth software and video communication tools for patient care
Engage with internal communication tools throughout the workday
