Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience delivering complex IT projects with a strong emphasis on Data Platforms, including Snowflake, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or similar technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects with a strong product management focus.
  • Experience preparing, presenting, and obtaining approval for project business cases.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, dependencies, and supplier performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers, contracts, and vendor relationships.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with end users, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and budget optimization.
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for business audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive project plans.
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, success criteria, and business outcomes in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and Data Platform projects from planning and execution through governance, monitoring, and operational handoff.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, forecasts, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to project delivery by coordinating sprints, iterations, and incremental product value delivery.
  • Manage third-party supplier engagements, including contract negotiations, performance management, and accountability for contractual obligations.
  • Prepare and deliver project status reports, executive updates, and presentations for governance and steering meetings.
