Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Medical, OR 4+ years of experience in a managed care environment.
- 4 years of experience in a leadership role with direct staff accountability.
- 4 years of experience in performing delegated oversight activities.
- Proven project management skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory/accreditation requirements such as TDI, NCQA, and URAC.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to travel (up to 10%) as business needs arise.
Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and report processes to monitor activities performed by contracted entities and vendors.
- Ensure delegated functions meet corporate, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
- Monitor timeliness of claims, payment accuracy, and denial ratios.
- Conduct quarterly and annual financial accuracy audits.
- Manage multiple oversight projects with varying deadlines.
