- Strong knowledge of workers compensation laws and regulations.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with claims management software.
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of clients.
- Communicate effectively with CEOs, claimants, medical provider offices, and attorneys.
- Take claimant statements.
- Manage lost wage benefit payments.
- File state-specific forms.
- Manage claim denials and subrogation tasks.
- Handle litigation processes as required.
