- Georgia Real Estate license – either Active, Inactive, or willing to get ASAP.
- Real estate experience preferred but not required.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be located within a 30-45 minute drive of Sandy Springs.
- Reliable transportation.
- Customer service mindset.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence as a voracious networker.
- Ideally, a strong knowledge of the Atlanta area neighborhoods.
- Sales experience from other industries accepted.
- Some flexibility to work hours on some nights and weekends.
- New Client acquisition and driving door growth for property management and property sales.
- Developing and implementing sales processes and procedures using company-designated software platforms.
- Developing marketing strategies and leveraging existing marketing tools and CRM.
- Assisting in facilitating the onboarding process of new clients/properties.
- Involvement in local networking organizations and making cold and warm calls as needed to generate new clientele.
