- Experience with claims management software
Responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle workers compensation claims on behalf of clients
- Conduct claimant and witness interviews
- Manage lost wage benefit payments
- File required state forms
- Handle claim denials and subrogation
- Manage litigation processes
- Communicate professionally with CEOs, claimants, healthcare providers, and attorneys
