Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, resource management, or operations within professional services or management consulting environments
- Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to derive insights from complex data sets
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas)
- Strong capability with PowerPoint, Word, and other business intelligence tools
- Demonstrated excellence in balancing multiple competing priorities
- Superior relationship-building abilities and cross-functional stakeholder management
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Proven project management expertise with experience coordinating resources and timelines
- Ability to adapt to new tools, including AI and AI Agents
Responsibilities
- Partner with Managers and Partners to strategically staff client projects with the right talent mix
- Develop deep understanding of consultants' skills, experiences, and career aspirations to facilitate meaningful project assignments
- Maintain and monitor resource management system accuracy, reconciling planned allocations against actuals to minimize revenue leakage
- Curate an up-to-date skills database by ensuring consultants regularly refresh their profiles and collaborate with the Staffing Manager to identify workforce skill gaps
- Monitor timesheet compliance to support accurate KPI reporting and billing
- Support the US campus and experience new hire onboarding and resource integration
- Maintain comprehensive oversight of project health and resource utilization through timely reporting
- Build reports and develop ad-hoc analyses to answer dynamic staffing and business questions
- Translate complex metrics into actionable insights for leadership decision-making
