Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within the Higher Education sector.
- Expertise in Banner technologies.
- Strong proficiency in PL/SQL.
- Experience coding in at least one language: Java, JavaScript, or Groovy/Grails.
- Familiarity with database and IDE tools such as SQL Developer, Toad, Eclipse, or IntelliJ.
- Experience with web technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful Web Services.
- Proficiency in version control software like Git.
- Ability to self-manage and handle multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
- Ability to travel as required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with functional stakeholders and IT teams to support and maintain Ellucian Banner environments.
- Enhance Banner systems to evolve with the needs of higher education institutions.
- Ensure system integration and smooth operation of technology environments.
- Manage multiple projects and solve complex technical challenges efficiently.
- Travel as required to client sites.
