Requirements
- Currently enrolled at California Institute of Applied Technology
- Eligible for Federal Work Study
- Good academic standing with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.0
- Maintain 80% attendance
- Proficiency in using computer software and online platforms
- Interest in marketing and introducing CIAT to prospective students
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- High ethical standards and professionalism
Responsibilities
- Act as a public ambassador for CIAT on digital forums to connect with current and prospective students and share your experience as an active student
- Engage in communications online through LinkedIn, Reddit, Facebook, Twitter, and other platforms
- Facilitate online group discussions about CIAT programs, courses, instructors, career services, and student services
- Promote CIAT certificate and degree programs, and industry-related resources
- Act as a liaison between Marketing and prospective students to gather feedback on needs and interests
- Collaborate with Marketing staff to identify strategies to improve engagement
- Report on interactions, communications, and feedback with prospective students
