Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 5+ years in a software architect or principal engineer role.
- Deep expertise in Java 17+, Spring Boot 3.x, and Spring Framework 6.x.
- Production experience with microservices, event-driven systems, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong command of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), CQRS, Event Sourcing, and distributed transaction patterns.
- Hands-on experience with containerized deployments on Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with Spring Security, OAuth 2.1, and JWT.
- Experience with CI/CD, Maven/Gradle, and testing tools like JUnit 5 and TestContainers.
- Experience with GCP, Kafka, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, patterns, and conventions across all product domains.
- Lead technical design sessions and author Architectural Decision Records (ADRs).
- Establish microservices topology and distributed communication strategies.
- Drive adoption of clean code principles, performance benchmarking, and observability standards.
- Champion the integration of AI-assisted coding tools and define guidelines for LLM usage.
- Architect cloud-native solutions on GCP using Kubernetes and GitOps workflows.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and conduct technical due diligence.
