Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- 10+ years of combined experience in business analysis, requirements management, and ERP solution design.
- Strong knowledge of project and product costing methods within engineer-to-order/configure-to-order environments.
- Proficiency in ERP functional system configuration and module data impact.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (preferred), SAP, or other ERP systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and BI reporting tools.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving skills regarding system, business process, and data integrity.
- Willingness to work over 40 hours per week when required.
- Ability to travel domestically and globally up to 25% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Understand 'As-Is' workflows and design 'To-Be' processes leveraging ERP standard functionalities.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions to define functional scope.
- Support full ERP lifecycle including configuration, data migration, and system integration.
- Identify gaps between business needs and system capabilities, recommending standard vs. custom solutions.
- Develop business process flows and test scripts for quality assurance.
- Train end-users and create documentation to ensure high system adoption.
