7+ years of software engineering experience at the application or product tier.
Proven ability to drive impact from small changes and scale through platform-level thinking.
Strategic insight to optimize impact for both short and long term.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and data teams.
Plus: Experience at a product-led growth company.
Plus: Experience building platforms for non-engineering teams to run experiments.
Plus: Background in personalization systems, recommendation engines, or ML-driven selection.
Plus: Experience integrating customer data platforms or marketing automation systems.
Plus: Familiarity with AI for quality assurance or content governance at scale.
Plus: Experience with internationalization (i18n) and localization (l10n) infrastructure.

Set the team’s culture, operating rhythm, and engineering standards.
Mentor engineers and create career growth opportunities.
