Requirements
- Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Washington.
- Minimum of 3 years working independently without supervision.
- No current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
- Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in the tele-health space.
- Must be residing in the United States.
- Ability to provide direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week.
- Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform.
- Must own an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) updateable past iOS16.
- Access to a laptop computer with strong and reliable internet access.
- Passionate about women’s and family health.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
- Address topics including pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, mental health conditions, and family life.
- Use brief solution-focused therapy to provide members with immediate tools and skills.
- Capture encounter summary documentation in the internal MPractice management system.
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team to coordinate referrals and follow-ups.
- Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s care model by providing culturally humble and evidence-based care.
