- Experience
- 3+ years working independently; 3+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space
Requirements
- Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Texas.
- 3+ years of experience working independently without supervision.
- Must have no current, past, or pending disciplinary action.
- Must reside in the United States.
- Must be able to provide direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week.
- 3+ years of prior experience in the tele-health space.
- Comfortable providing care through a digital health platform.
- Must own an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) that can be updated past iOS 16.
- Must have access to a laptop computer with strong and reliable internet access.
- Passion for women’s and family health.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 40-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging.
- Address topics including pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, mental health (anxiety, depression, bipolar), and work-life balance.
- Use brief solution-focused therapy to help clients gain tools and skills.
- Capture encounter summary documentation in the practice management system, MPractice.
- Collaborate with Maven’s Care Delivery team on member needs, referrals, and follow-ups.
- Serve as a clinical ambassador providing culturally humble care.
