Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op placements, academic teaching, or project work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting or facilitating in groups.
- Proven willingness and ability to learn technical concepts and enablement tools quickly.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Nice to have: Internship, co-op, or academic experience in training, education, or facilitation.
- Nice to have: Exposure to software, SaaS, or cybersecurity environments.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with IT principles, networking, or technical subject matter.
- Nice to have: Experience with virtual delivery tools such as Zoom or Teams.
Responsibilities
- Shadow and co-teach courses with experienced Instructors, gradually taking on more delivery responsibility.
- Support training delivery for customers, partners, and employees under the guidance of senior staff.
- Assess individual and group training needs for assigned courses.
- Gather and consolidate post-session feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Build professional relationships with learners and stakeholders.
- Actively acquire knowledge of BeyondTrust software products and technical concepts.
- Utilize internal knowledge channels, instructional tools, and delivery platforms like Zoom, Teams, and LMS.
