Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or 6+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience building custom IAM, access automation, or enterprise integration solutions.
- Full-stack development proficiency in two or more languages: Python, Java, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts: identity lifecycle, provisioning/deprovisioning, entitlements, and least privilege.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorization, and identity-related security principles.
- Experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and system-to-system integrations.
- Familiarity with modern architecture, CI/CD, version control, and automated testing.
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex workflow and integration issues.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Jira.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain custom IAM applications, APIs, and automation for identity lifecycle management, role-based access, and provisioning.
- Develop full-stack solutions enabling secure identity orchestration across platforms like Okta, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
- Partner with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable technical designs.
- Implement integrations between IAM platforms, HR systems, and ticketing tools using APIs, web services, and event-driven patterns.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, defects, and integration failures while improving system stability.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical standards, code reviews, and engineering practices.
- Ensure solutions incorporate strong security controls, auditability, and resilience.
