Requirements
- At least eight years of hands-on SAP SD consulting and configuration experience.
- Strong expertise across end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes.
- Extensive hands-on experience with SAP SD customising.
- Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD and the MM, LE and FI modules.
- Experience leading SAP initiatives across the complete implementation lifecycle.
- Strong requirements-gathering, process-design and functional-specification experience.
- Experience working independently in remote and international project environments.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (highly desirable).
- Previous experience within the retail, fashion or e-commerce industry (highly desirable).
- Basic ABAP knowledge and ability to debug programs (highly desirable).
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior SAP SD and Order-to-Cash expert within the SAP team.
- Support, enhance and optimise end-to-end OTC processes in SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyse existing business processes and translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Perform hands-on SAP SD configuration and customising.
- Lead SAP OTC initiatives from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, testing, go-live and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate closely with SAP MM, LE and FI specialists to ensure seamless cross-module integration.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, configuration documentation and interface designs.
- Independently manage assigned workstreams and drive topics through to completion.
