At least 2 years experience in handling US Loan or Mortgage tasks
Knowledge of Liens, Deed of Trust, Vesting, and HELOC Refi
Bachelor's Degree or comparable work experience in financial services
Fluency, clarity, and good diction in English
Proficiency in written communication
Experience using Google Drive and Email
Experience with customer communication and task management programs
Flexibility to work US Pacific time 9 AM to 7 PM
Must be based in the Philippines

Responsibilities

Review security documents for completeness and recording requirements
File security documents with appropriate governmental entities
Verify client-provided documents during the account creation process
Assist in the preparation and filing of account closing documents
Assist other departments with document requests and record-keeping
