Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience producing short-form video or motion content.
- Strong short-form video and motion design skills with a premium aesthetic.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing and motion tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Experience with portrait/mobile-first video design, including subtitles, overlays, and motion graphics.
- Fluency in the French language.
- Demonstrated expertise in visual storytelling, pacing, and rhythm.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage production volume while maintaining quality.
- Proactive and adaptable attitude suitable for a remote, deadline-driven work environment.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills with high attention to detail.
- Portfolio or showreel showcasing polished, on-brand video production work.
- Bonus: Experience with avatar-based content, AI video tools, sound design, or e-learning/luxury retail sectors.
Responsibilities
- Create short learning videos including theory capsules, GIF-style assets, avatar-based content, and immersive client scenarios.
- Design content specifically for mobile-first formats, maintaining high visual standards in portrait mode.
- Execute professional video editing, including the application of subtitles, overlays, and polished motion graphics.
- Ensure consistent application of transitions, framing, audio, and branding guidelines across all learning modules.
- Adapt and repurpose content across different learning paths and languages, integrating stock or AI-generated visuals as needed.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and learning teams to iterate on content based on feedback.
