Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum of ten (10) years recent and relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain any Government-required facility access, credentials, or suitability determinations.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the FEMA CO and COR.
- Manage contract performance by maintaining quality assurance, quality control, schedules, and overall program execution.
- Develop and submit timely responses to BPA Order Requests for Quotations, including technical approaches, staffing plans, labor mixes, and level-of-effort estimates.
- Coordinate Order staffing by assigning qualified Order Project Managers, Task Leads, Facilitators, and other key personnel.
- Coordinate contractor personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and task activities.
- Prepare and submit required contract deliverables, reports, and documentation.
- Conduct monthly progress reviews with the COR to communicate status, accomplishments, and corrective actions.
- Respond promptly to COR requests for discussion or resolution to project concerns within two hours.
